6. - Choose now as you only get to choose during this life !
Life is full of choices, some more important than others; like where we live, who we marry, where we work, which university or college and which course to study. There is one choice which is more important than all of these. Where are you going to choose to spend eternity?
What does this mean and how do I choose?
First as with any choice, there are some things you need to know to be able to make this choice. While hurrying through life many fail to grasp some simple facts which if understood would not only help us to have a better life right now, but would also help us to understand and know what happens to us in the future.
Here are the things you should know to help you make a choice.
1 The choice is to spend eternity in Heaven or not?
2 If you don’t already know you are going to Heaven you almost certainly are not going there.
3 You have to decide in this life, you do not get to choose after you die.
4 You cannot get to Heaven by being a “good” person or doing “good” things.
5 Going to Church or following a religion or being religious will not get you into Heaven.
You also should know:
1 You are made up three parts, a body, a soul and a spirit.
2 You are an eternal being, only your body dies, you exist forever.
3 This universe is way too complex to have come into being through a big explosion!
4 You are much to complex to have evolved from simpler creatures.
5 Despite being taught as fact, no creature has ever evolved from another – there is simply no evidence for this at all.
6 You along with everything in this universe were created by God.
7 God also created Heaven and He has invited each of us to spend eternity there with Him.
8 You can choose to come to know God yourself.
9 You can accept God’s invitation to spend eternity in Heaven with Him.
So how does this all work? How do I come to know God for myself and Choose to go to Heaven?
So what happens if I don’t choose to go to Heaven?
If you do not make a choice, you choose to “wait and see” what happens after you die, you choose to take your chances, you will NOT go to Heaven. The moment you die you will find yourself in a place of unimaginable gloom and horror. You will also know it is too late and you are there forever. You will never know in this life what then truly awaits you – but be assured it is more horror than you have ever known.
